Portrait Drawing

FULL SEMESTER

The portrait is one of the hardest things to draw. In this class we will learn to draw each facial feature one at a time and then learn to do faces from different angles. Proportions of face will be taught also. Portrait after portrait will be drawn to get better at replicating the human face in both graphite pencil, charcoal, and colored pencil. Prerequisite: Previous drawing experience (preferably having taken my Pencil Drawing class, which is also offered this semester. See Below).
